Agri-Food Innovation Initiative

Our government is investing $25 Million to support Ontario made agricultural innovation.

As of February 15, 2024, food processors and producers across the province can apply for up to $100,000 in funding for upgrades to help expand production capabilities or enhance efficiency.

Save on Energy – Small Business Program

The Save on Energy Small Business program is designed to help small businesses across Ontario install low-energy lighting systems and other energy-efficient equipment.

For no cost to businesses, these upgrades can significantly increase customer and staff experiences, while lowering operational expenses and our province’s carbon footprint.

Application Deadline: December 31, 2024

Eligibility: Businesses with an operating capacity of 50 or fewer employees.

Safer and Vital Communities Grant

The Safer and vital communities grant (SVC) supports a variety of local community safety and well-being projects that focus on addressing local risks to help reduce crime and victimization.

Successful applicants collaborate with local police and organizations from other sectors to implement projects that address local issues.

For 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, Ontario is investing more than $1.7 million in support of projects across the province to combat hate-motivated crimes in Ontario.

Seniors Community Grant Program

Seniors Community Grants, ranging from $1,000 up to $25,000, help community organizations’ ability to provide opportunities for greater social inclusion, volunteerism and community engagement for older adults, from the safety of their homes or other safe environments.
