Beat the heat this summer.

Did you know that heatstroke can cause nausea, fainting or even death!

As part of Emergency Preparedness Week, Ontario is hosting Exercise Heatwave, a large-scale simulated exercise which will reinforce provincial procedures and response to heat-related emergencies.

This will test response teams using simulated heat related issues to ensure municipalities, emergency services, medical treatment centres are prepared to handle the increased medical issues caused by heat extreme waves.
