Our government is working hard to protect our economy, increase our position in global markets and make Ontario the best place to do business in the G7.

If passed, the newly introduced Building a More Competitive Economy Act will help build a more competitive economy by:

• Streamlining business regulatory processes to reduce approval time, enhance transparency and provide investment security.
• Increasing worker mobility by making it easier for skilled workers from other provinces to have their credentials recognized.
• Engaging in consultations on a Made-in-Ontario vehicle policy to support vehicle manufacturing with public sector fleet purchases.
