Building Highways Faster Act

As the Ontario Government returns to Queen’s Park, I was proud to speak on the issue of highway safety and efficiency. Every day, Ontarians waste their own time, block emergency services and slow the transport of goods.

This proposed legislation offers real, practical solutions to the traffic challenges we face across Ontario. Every day, I hear from families and businesses about the frustrations of gridlock, wasted time, and how this impacts their quality of life. By allowing us to fast-track essential projects like Highway 413 and the Bradford Bypass, this Act means we can cut down on delays, support our growing communities, and improve the flow of goods across the province.
