Honouring the Service of Canadian Veterans

Canada’s veterans exemplify the honour, courage and compassion that built our nation, through their service overseas and at home.

To recognize their continued dedication to serving on the home front, Ontario is launching a new award: the Veterans Award for Community Service Excellence.

This award will celebrate veterans who go above and beyond to help nonprofit organizations for their fellow veterans and local communities after their military service.

Thank you to all the Canadian heroes and their families who have made sacrifices so we can be free.
