Ontario is continuing to lead the way in breaking down interprovincial trade barriers and strengthening Canada’s economy.
A landmark agreement with eight other provinces will make it easier for Ontario breweries, wineries and distilleries to reach new customers across the country. This will help local producers grow their businesses, expand into new markets and bring more Ontario-made products to consumers.
The agreement will also give Canadians greater choice and convenience when purchasing beer, wine and spirits from participating provinces, while supporting jobs and economic growth across Ontario’s beverage alcohol sector.
