CALLING ALL SENIORS’ GROUPS:
Seniors Community Grant Program applications are NOW OPEN!

Eligible organizations can now apply for up to $25,000 to deliver programs that help older adults

• live independently
• live with safety and security
• stay connected to their community
• avoid isolation
• achieve greater financial security and social connections

Since 2018, the Seniors Community Grant Program has supported over 2,100 projects in communities across Ontario.

Veterans Program Stream

Building on the government’s priority to improve the quality of life for Ontario’s veterans, the 2026–2027 Seniors Community Grant Program will include a program stream focused on funding projects that will positively impact senior veterans.
