The Seniors Community Grants program provides funding of $1,000 to $25,000 to support projects that promote social inclusion, community engagement, and independence for adults aged 55+.

Veterans Program Stream: Includes funding for projects specifically benefiting senior veterans.

Eligibility:

• Incorporated organizations: Can apply for up to $25,000.
• Individuals representing unincorporated seniors’ groups: Can apply for up to $10,000.
  Projects must align with the ministry’s priorities outlined in the program guidelines.
