Ontario Trillium Foundation

Our government has announced more than $26 million in grant funding for final round of the Ontario Trillium Foundation – Resilient Communities Fund. This funding will help 251 community based organizations provide services that are vital in maintanig mental health and wellbeing.

Since its inception in August of 2020 as a way to help non-profits address challenges caused by the pandemic, the Resilient Communities Fund has supported more than 3,000 projects across the province with over $294 million in grant funding!

Starting 2024-25, grant funding will be returning to the stream model:

• Seed Grants – Start new programming ideas
• Grow Grants – Expand existing programming
• Capital Grants – Improve community facilities & spaces
